Is this transaction secure?: All of our credit card transactions are secure and proccesed through CCBill.com. Do I need to have internet to view this video?: Yes, you do need high speed broadband internet connection to view this training video. How long can I view this video?: If you purchase the basic package this will allow you to view your video 3 times within 13 hours fromt the time of purchase. If you would like to receive the complete package that includes all material and a 10 days of viewing time, you must purchase the "Premium Membership." please contact Chris if you have questions. Can I watch the video after my membership has expired?: To view this video additional times after it has expired you will need to purchase the basic membership again. You can purchase the basic as many times as you like to view the video again. What do I do if I lost my password?: Click on "Forgot Password" and you will be automaticly sent an e-mail containing the information. Can I view this from any computer?: Yes, you can access your account from any computer that has in internet connection. Can I buy a DVD of the training?: We do not currently sell any of our trainings in a hard copy format like DVD. This is to keep our cost to you down. Buy purchasing only when you view the training, we are able to make the training video instantly available, and keep our costs to you down.
